My Email
My Email provides your personal history of automated emails generated by CallProof, including daily reports, task reminders, appointment summaries, manager reports, exports, and other system-generated messages. Unlike Mail Queue, this page displays only emails sent to your own account.

- Log in to CallProof.
- Hover over Mail.
- Select My Email.
- The Emails page opens.
- Review your email history.
- Click an email type to view the complete message.
- Use pagination to browse older emails.
Email List
Each page displays up to **15 emails**.

| Avatar | Displays your profile image |
| Name | Your name. Clicking it opens My Subscriptions |
| Type | Email type and creation date. Click to open the email |
| Status | Current delivery status of the email |
View the complete HTML version of a system email exactly as it was generated by CallProof.
- Open My Email.
- Locate the desired email.
- Click the Type link.
- The email opens in a new browser tab.
- Review the email content.
- Download any available attachments if needed.
Download Attachments
Download files that were attached to a system email, such as CSV reports, PDF reports, or export files.
- Open the email by clicking its Type.
- Locate any attachments displayed within the email.
- Click the attachment.
- The file downloads to your computer.
View Delivery Status
Verify whether a system email was successfully processed and delivered. The **Status** column displays the current email status, such as:
- Queued
- Sent
- Failed
- Other delivery statuses configured by CallProof
This helps troubleshoot missing emails.
Open My Subscriptions
Review or change which automated emails you receive.
- On the My Email page, click your **Name**.
- The **My Subscriptions** page opens.
- Update your subscription preferences.
- Save your changes.
Pagination
Browse older emails in your personal email history.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click **Previous** or **Next**.
- Continue browsing older emails.
Notes
- Only emails sent to your account are displayed.
- Results are sorted by newest email first.
- There are no search or filter options on this page.
- Email attachments can be downloaded directly from the opened email.
- Managers use Mail Queue to review company-wide email activity.
