What is AI Voice?

AI Voice starts a spoken conversation with CallProof AI from the Sales Coach screen (when AI Voice is enabled).

How to navigate

CallProof AI → Voice button (black mic / AI Voice icon)

Also: Settings → AI Voice toggle (when available)

Using AI Voice

1. Confirm AI Voice is enabled in Settings (if shown).
2. Open CallProof AI.
3. Tap the Voice button.
4. Speak with the assistant.
5. Return to text chat when finished.

Features include

• Voice button – Starts voice mode from the chat screen.
• Hands-free help – Useful while driving between stops (follow local laws).
• Settings control – Can be toggled in Settings when AI is enabled for your company.
• Separate from mic dictation – Voice mode is a conversation; mic is for typing by speech.
