How to navigate

Message action on account/contact/people/member → CallProof AI SMS popup (when AI is enabled)

Using SMS AI assistance

1. Tap Message from an account, contact, person, or teammate.
2. If AI is enabled, the CallProof AI popup opens.
3. Describe what to say or edit the draft.
4. Tap Submit to generate the message.
5. Review, edit, then send via the SMS composer.

Features include

• AI SMS popup – Draft help before the device message screen.
• Submit / edit flow – Generate, then refine the text.
• Works from Teams – Available on Member Detail Message when enabled.
• Fallback – If AI is off, the normal SMS composer opens instead.
