What are Activity stats?

Callproof App Activity stats

Activity stats are the hexagon metric cards on Member Detail. They show teammate performance for the selected Date Range filter period.

How to navigate

Member Detail → swipe horizontal stats carousel (below Date Range)

Using Activity stats

1. Open Member Detail.
2. Set the Date Range filter you want to review.
3. Swipe left or right through the hexagon cards.
4. Read the count or value on each card.
5. Use stats to review calls, follow-ups, events, and more.

Features include

• Opportunities – Derived opportunity value in dollars ($).
• Outbound Calls – Total outbound call count.
• Past Due Follow-Ups – Number of overdue follow-ups.
• Total Events – Total events logged in the period.
• Event Forms – Event forms submitted count.
• Emails – Email activity count.
• Appointments – Appointment count in the period.
• Carousel layout – Swipeable hexagon cards with scale effect.
• Date-range based – All stats update when Date Range changes.
• Highlighted Opportunities card – Styled with theme color for emphasis.
