Purpose

Retrieves a single text message template that belongs to the authenticated user, including its title and message body.

Error Responses

Status Code	Meaning
400	Bad Request – the template could not be retrieved
401	Unauthorized – missing, invalid, or expired Bearer token

• 400 – No matching template found for the user ("No Records Found"), or another retrieval error (for example, "Error while retrieving the text message template details").
• 401 – Authentication failed or the access token is missing/expired.
