Creating Routing on the Mobile App
What is Creating Routing?
Creating a route on the CallProof mobile app means building a stop list of accounts to visit in order. Add accounts from Accounts, Places, Tasks, or the map (including lasso), arrange them on Current Route, then save the plan for later.
Allow location access for better map and optimise results. CallProof uses location to order and display stops; it is not stored as map browsing history.
Bottom tab bar → Routes → Current Route
Ways to add stops while creating a route:
Using Creating Routing
- Open Routes → Current Route (clear it first if you want a fresh plan).
- Add accounts from Accounts, Places, Tasks, or the map.
- Review stops on Current Route.
- Optional: open Map View to see pins.
- Optional: Optimise or reorder / remove stops.
- Tap Save and enter a route name.
- Optional: Assign the saved route to other reps.
- Later, reload it from Saved Routes.
