Index of Titles

What are Titles?

Titles are used within your company directory. Administrators can add the titles used within their company. When adding or editing an employee, these are the choices that will be presented under title.

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Titles

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Titles.
4. The Titles page opens.
5. View the list of available titles.
6. The page displays all configured titles and their details.

Add New Title

To add a new title, simply click Add Title on the top right of the main info pane. Enter the name and click submit to save.

Edit a Title

Edit Title

Rename a title or change the image by clicking on the title image or the notepad. Options to upload a new image or change the name will be presented. Use the Update button under each option to save it if altered.
