What are Account Filters?

Account Filters narrow and organize the Accounts list by search fields, sort order, account type, and custom fields.

How to navigate

Accounts → Filter icon / Filters panel

Using Account Filters

1. Open Filters on Accounts.
2. Choose which Search fields to use.
3. Set Sort (distance, activity, or alphabetical).
4. Select Account type (Client, Lead, Prospect, etc.).
5. Add Custom fields criteria when needed.
6. Apply filters and review the updated list.
7. Filters can remain saved for your next visit.

Features include

• Search fields – Which fields the search uses.
• Sort – Closest to Me, Farthest Away, Need to Contact, Recently Contacted, Company A–Z / Z–A.
• Account type – Filter by your company’s contact types.
• Custom fields – Company-specific fields to narrow results.
• Saved filters – Keep last-used filter settings for next time.
• Clear filters – Reset to default when needed.
