What is Profile header?

Profile header is the top identity section on Member Detail. It shows who the teammate is with their photo, name, and job title/role.

How to navigate

Mobile Home → Teams → tap a teammate → Member Detail (top profile card)

Using Profile header

1. Open Teams.
2. Select a teammate to open Member Detail.
3. View the profile photo on the left side of the card.
4. Read the teammate’s name and title below the photo.
5. Use this section to confirm you opened the correct person before calling or messaging.

Features include

• Profile photo – Teammate image loaded from CallProof.
• Name – Full teammate name (for example Alexandra Daddario).
• Title / role – Job title such as Sales Associate.
• Card layout – Profile info grouped in one header block with status, streak, and sales goal.
• Default image – Shows app logo if no profile photo is available.

Note: Profile header is always visible at the top of Member Detail.
