Purpose

Retrieves the list of Glass America / Omega territories available for dashboard filtering. Territory data is loaded from the external Omega EDI territories service and returned as a simplified id/name list.

Error Responses

Status Code	Meaning
400	Bad Request – territories could not be retrieved
401	Unauthorized – missing, invalid, or expired Bearer token

• 400 – External Omega territories request failed, or another error occurred while loading territories.
• 401 – Authentication failed or the access token is missing/expired.
