Setting Up Google Calendars on Mobile

What is Setting Up Google Calendars on Mobile?

First-time Future Appointment use on mobile can walk you through connecting Google Calendar. This only takes a couple of minutes. After setup, most calendar setting changes are done on the CallProof website. If Google Calendar was already set up on the website, this mobile process will not occur.

How to navigate

Accounts → select a contact → Future Appointment

Using Setting Up Google Calendars on Mobile

  1. Select any contact and choose Future Appointment.
  2. When asked “Sync Followups with Google Calendars?”, tap YES.
  3. Google asks for login credentials (handled by Google; CallProof cannot see this information).
  4. On the Google permissions page, review what CallProof is requesting, then tap ACCEPT.
  5. Return to CallProof and select the calendar to use.
  6. Optional: tap Add Calendar to create a new calendar (for example “Callproof Appointments”), enter a name, then Submit.
  7. Select the calendar for Future Appointments and Follow-ups, then Submit.
  8. Return to the CallProof app and continue creating the appointment.

Features include
