Import Sprint Service Transactions

This tool is used by a limited number of Callproof customers that work with Sprint.

This tool will allow service transactions to be uploaded into Callproof.

Select Import Contacts in top section to import Detailed Sales Report

Upload Exported File

Gather Data and Import

From NASC, view billing for the day to import.

Export this NASC data and save to a computer.

Inside Callproof, click on Dealer Contacts under People.

On the right hand side, select Import Contacts in the first group of links labeled Dealer. (see pic.)

In the bottom section labeled Import Service Contacts, click Choose File and select the export file saved from RQ.

Click Upload to import the file. This may take a few minutes depending on size of data.
