What are Badges?

Badges are awarded to employees as they reach certain point levels. The points required, the name, and the icon can all be customized.

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Badges

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Badges.
4. The Badges page opens.
5. View the list of available badges.
6. The page displays all configured badges and their details.

Add New Badge

To add a new badge, simply click Add Badge on the top right of the main info pane. Enter the name, points required and click submit to save. When a new icon is submitted, the next screen will be the edit page. The icon picture can be changed here along with the points required and name. If either of these are changed, click the Update button just below the section that was changed.

Add New Badges

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Badges

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Badges.
4. The Badges page opens.
5. Click the Add Badge button.
6. The Add Badge page opens.
7. Enter the required badge details.
8. Click the Save button.
9. The new badge is saved successfully and appears in the Badges list.

Edit a Badge

Rename a badge or change the image by clicking on the badge image or the notepad. Options to upload a new image or change the name will be presented. Click the Update button under each option to save if altered.

Edit Badges

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Badges

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Badges.
4. The Badges page opens.
5. Locate the badge that you want to edit.
6. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the badge.
7. The Edit Badge page opens.
8. Update the required badge details.
9. Click the Save button.
10. The badge is updated successfully.

Deleting a Badge

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Badges

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Badges.
4. The Badges page opens.
5. Locate the badge that you want to delete.
6. Click the Delete (X) icon next to the badge.
7. A confirmation message appears.
8. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
9. The badge is deleted successfully from the Badges list.
