Activity Summary
What is Activity Summary?
Activity Summary is a Home widget that shows quick counts of your recent sales activity—such as appointments, emails, and calls—for a selected time range.
Mobile Home → scroll to Activity Summary / statistics section
Using Activity Summary
- On Home, find Activity Summary.
- Choose a time range (for example 1 Week, 4 Weeks, 1 Year, MTD, QTD, YTD, All).
- Review updated counts for appointments, emails, and calls.
- Use the totals to see how active you have been in that period.
Features include
- Appointments count – Number of appointments in the selected range.
- Emails count – Number of emails in the selected range.
- Calls count – Number of outbound/related calls in the selected range.
- Time range selector – Switch between 1 Week, 4 Weeks, 1 Year, MTD, QTD, YTD, and All.
- Live refresh – Counts update when the selected range changes.
