Current appointment

What is Current appointment?

Current appointment is the Home indicator/action used when you already have an active appointment running. It helps you end the visit and complete notes or updates.

How to navigate

Start an appointment from Accounts, Places, Routes stop actions, or event forms. Then return to Mobile Home — the end-appointment option appears when an appointment is active.

Using Current appointment

1. Start an appointment with an account or place.
2. Continue field work; Home may show an active appointment / End Appointment option.
3. Tap End Appointment when the visit is finished.
4. Complete notes, event forms, or follow-ups prompted at the end.
5. After ending, the active appointment banner/button is cleared.

Features include

• Active appointment state – Shows when a visit is in progress.
• End Appointment – Stops the current appointment from Home.
• End flow – Add notes / finish related forms after ending.
• Timer replacement note – On other tabs, Places may become a timer while an appointment is active.
