Widget order / visibility

What is Widget order / visibility?

Widget order / visibility controls which Home widgets appear and the order they show on Mobile Home. Administrators and users manage this through Home Screen Widgets settings and company configuration.

How to navigate

Settings → Home Screen Widgets (Results apply on Mobile Home.)

Using Widget order / visibility

1. Open Settings from Home.
2. Tap Home Screen Widgets.
3. Move widgets into Include (visible) or More Charts (hidden/available).
4. Drag to reorder included widgets.
5. Toggle Recommended Follow-up, Tasks, Business Card, and Business Card Thumbnail when those options are available.
6. Return to Home to see the updated dashboard layout.

Features include

• Include section – Widgets currently shown on Home.
• More Charts section – Widgets available to add.
• Drag and drop reorder – Change widget display order.
• Business Card visibility – Show/hide Business Card widget.
• Business Card Thumbnail – Show/hide thumbnail style card widget.
• Tasks widget visibility – Show/hide Tasks / Follow-ups on Home.
• Recommended Follow-up visibility – Show/hide suggested follow-ups (when enabled for company).
• Opportunities / activity widgets – Availability depends on company settings and enabled modules.
• Company defaults – Some widgets appear only if your administrator enables them.
