All Accounts / Only My Accounts

What is All Accounts / Only My Accounts?

This switch controls whether you see every account available to you, or only accounts assigned to you.

How to navigate

Accounts → segment control All Accounts / Only My Accounts (Usually shown with Filters / account list header.)

Using All Accounts / Only My Accounts

1. Open Accounts.
2. Select All Accounts to see all accessible accounts.
3. Select Only My Accounts to see only accounts assigned to you.
4. Search and filters apply within the selected segment.

Features include

• All Accounts – Full list based on your security access.
• Only My Accounts – Accounts assigned to your user/sales rep.
• Security dependent – What you can see depends on company permissions.
