Call Account

What is Call Account?

Call Account places a phone call to the account from CallProof so activity can be tracked.

How to navigate

Accounts → Call button on row or More menu → Call (Twilio options when enabled)

Using Call Account

  1. Find the account.
  2. Tap Call.
  3. If multiple numbers exist, select the number to dial.
  4. Complete the call in the phone/Twilio flow.
  5. Call activity can appear in history/reporting.

Features include

  • Quick call button – Call directly from the Accounts list.
  • Multiple numbers – Choose among available phones.
  • Twilio calling – Available when Twilio is enabled.
  • Tracked calls – Helps CallProof reporting when calling from the app.
