What is Email Account?

Email Account sends email to the account from quick actions or the More menu.

How to navigate

Accounts → Email button or More menu → Email

Using Email Account

1. Tap Email on an account.
2. Choose recipient email if multiple exist.
3. Compose and send the email.
4. Optional: use AI email assistance when enabled.

Features include

• Quick email action – Start email from the account row.
• Email list / manage emails – Work with company or people emails when available.
• AI email help – Draft support when enabled.
• Send from device mail – Completes through the mail composer/flow.
