What are Event Forms?

Event Forms are custom forms tied to an account—used for visits, orders, surveys, and other company workflows.

How to navigate

Accounts → Event / Event Forms action or More menu → Event Forms

Using Event Forms

1. Open Event Forms on an account.
2. Select the form to fill out.
3. Enter required fields.
4. Save/submit the form to the account history.

Features include

• Form list – Company-defined event forms.
• Fill and submit – Capture structured visit/order data.
• Account history – Submitted forms stay on the account.
• Appointment integration – Some forms can start/treat as appointment based on settings.
