What are Notes?

Notes store free-text comments and visit details on an account.

How to navigate

Accounts → More menu → Notes or Notes section in View account details

Using Notes

1. Open Notes for the account.
2. Add a new note.
3. Save.
4. Review older notes anytime on the account.

Features include

• Add note – Capture visit details or comments.
• View notes – Read prior notes on the account.
• Account history – Notes remain attached to the company record.
