Email AI assistance helps you draft or improve email text before sending from accounts, contacts, or related screens.

How to navigate

Accounts / Contact / People → Email → CallProof AI popup (when AI is enabled)

Using Email AI assistance

1. Start an email from an account or contact.
2. If AI is enabled, the CallProof AI popup opens.
3. Enter what you need help with (or edit the draft).
4. Tap Submit to generate AI text.
5. Review, edit, save as template if available, then send or use the text.

Features include

• Need AI Assistance? – Placeholder when the draft is empty.
• Submit – Generate AI email content.
• Edit draft – Change the text before sending.
• Save / Use Template – Save or reuse AI email text when available.
• Enablement required – Needs AI (and chatbot where applicable) turned on.
