View Pending and Completed

What is View Pending and Completed?

Tasks and Follow-ups has two lists: Not Completed (open work) and Completed (finished work).

How to navigate

Tasks → segment control Not Completed / Completed

Using View Pending and Completed

1. Open Tasks.
2. Tap Not Completed to see open tasks.
3. Tap Completed to see finished tasks.
4. Use filters on either list as needed.
5. Mark a task complete to move it to Completed (or incomplete to move it back).

Features include

• Not Completed – Pending follow-ups still due.
• Completed – Tasks marked done.
• Segment switch – Fast toggle between the two lists.
• Empty state – “No Tasks Found” when the list has no results.
• Works with filters – Type, priority, and dates apply to the selected status.
