Rep Activities

Screen purpose: See how much activity each sales rep logged in a date range — emails, calls, tasks, appointments, and (when Twilio is on) recorded calls — with optional breakdown by account type.

Rep Activities
  • Compare reps side by side for a date range
  • See counts and durations for key activity types
  • Break activity down by Account Type under each rep
  • View company totals on an All row
  • Filter by start/end date and call type

Screen title: Rep Activities

How this differs from related stats screens

Screen Address What it is
Rep Activities (this page) /stats/activities/ Activity counts/durations per rep (and by account type)
Daily Points (or similar) /stats/points/daily/ Points / scoring over time
Daily Productivity /stats/productivity/daily/ Day-by-day productivity stats

How to open Rep Activities

Option A — Direct address

  1. Sign in to CallProof.
  2. Go to your CallProof site and add /stats/activities/.
  3. Press Enter.

Option B — Menu (when available)

  1. Open Rep Activities / Stats / Activities from the CallProof menu if your company shows it.

Permissions

  • You must be signed in.
  • The report covers reps in your company.
  • Only reps with activity in the selected date range appear in the list.

What you see (standard layout)

Header

  • Rep Activities title
  • Filter button (Rep Activities Filter)

Table columns

Column What it shows
(photo) Rep profile image
Sales Rep Rep name
Account Type Blank on the rep’s total row; account type name on breakdown rows
Emails Email count in the date range
Calls Call count
Duration (after Calls) Total call time
Tasks Task / follow-up count
Duration (after Tasks) Task-related duration
Appts Appointment count
Duration (after Appts) Appointment duration
RecCalls Recorded-call count (shown when Twilio is enabled for your company)
Duration (after RecCalls) Recorded-call duration (Twilio companies)

How rows are organized

For each rep who had activity in the range:

  1. A summary row (photo + name) with totals across all account types.
  2. Extra rows for each Account Type where that rep had emails, calls, recorded calls, appointments, or tasks.
  3. Column headers may repeat every few reps to keep the wide table readable while scrolling.

At the bottom (when there is data):

  • An All row with company totals for the same columns (and account-type breakdowns in the totals section).

Empty state: No rep activities found

Default date range

If you have not set dates yet, CallProof typically uses:

  • Start: yesterday
  • End: today

Why Rep Activities matters

Action Purpose When to use it
Filter by dates Focus on a week, month, or campaign period. Weekly reviews, coaching, contests.
Compare Calls / Tasks / Appts See who is dialing vs following up vs meeting. Pipeline health checks.
Account Type rows See which account types drive each rep’s work. Territory or segment analysis.
All row Company-wide totals for the same period. Leadership summaries.

Filter Rep Activities

Rep Activities Filter

Filter panel title: Rep Activities Filter

Steps

  1. Click the Filter button.
  2. Set:
Field Notes
Start Date Beginning of the range
End Date End of the range
Call Type Both · Incoming · Outgoing
  1. Click Search / Apply on the filter panel.
  2. The page reloads with updated results.
  3. Click Clear to reset the filter form and refresh.

Good to know

  • After you apply filters, CallProof saves them for this report and reloads /stats/activities/.
  • Call Type is most relevant for recorded-call focused views; use Both unless you need incoming- or outgoing-only.

Read a rep’s activity

Rep summary and account-type rows

Steps

  1. Find the rep’s photo and name.
  2. Read the first data row as their overall totals for Emails, Calls (+ duration), Tasks (+ duration), Appts (+ duration), and RecCalls (+ duration) when shown.
  3. Read the following rows for that rep to see the same metrics split by Account Type.
  4. Scroll horizontally if needed — this is a wide stats table.
  5. Check the All row at the bottom for company totals.

Durations

  • Duration columns show total time in a readable time format (not just a raw count).
  • Compare count vs duration (for example many short calls vs fewer long calls).

Typical workflow

  1. Open /stats/activities/.
  2. Filter to last week (or your review period).
  3. Leave Call Type as Both unless you need a direction filter.
  4. Scan each rep’s summary row, then account-type breakdowns.
  5. Use the All row for the team total.
  6. Follow up in Call History, Tasks, or Appointments for details behind the numbers.

Tips and important notes

  • On-screen title is Rep Activities; the browser tab may say Stats Dash.
  • Only reps with activity in the selected dates appear — quiet reps are omitted.
  • Account Type breakdown rows appear only for types that had activity for that rep.
  • RecCalls / recorded-call duration appear when your company uses Twilio.
  • Some companies may see a simplified table focused on recorded calls (Sales Rep · RecCalls · Duration) instead of the full activity grid.
  • Header rows can repeat periodically to help you stay oriented while scrolling a long list.
  • This screen is a summary; it does not open individual call/email/task records by itself.

Need help?

  • No rep activities found: widen the date range or confirm activity was logged in CallProof
  • Missing RecCalls columns: your company may not have Twilio recorded-call stats enabled
  • Numbers look wrong: confirm Start/End dates and Call Type, then Clear and re-apply
  • Need day-by-day detail: try Daily Productivity (/stats/productivity/daily/)
  • Need points/scoring: try Daily Points (/stats/points/daily/)
