CallProof AI
What is CallProof AI?
CallProof AI is your in-app sales assistant. Ask questions about accounts, leads, routes, tasks, calls, and team activity; get help writing emails and SMS; and use suggested prompts for field guidance.
AI is available only when enabled for your company and user. If the AI button is missing on Home, contact your administrator.
Mobile Home → top navigation AI Opens CallProof AI (Sales Coach) full screen.
Other entry points:
- Accounts / Contacts / People → Message or Email → AI draft popup (when enabled)
- Member Detail → Message → AI SMS help (when enabled)
- Appointment / notes flows → AI help for notes or messages (when enabled)
- Floating AI button on some screens (when chatbot is enabled)
Using CallProof AI
- Open Mobile Home.
- Tap AI in the top navigation.
- If prompted, choose whether to resume your last AI chat.
- Pick a suggested category/prompt, type a question, or use voice.
- Review the AI response in the chat.
- Take action from results when shown (open account, task, route, call, message).
- Use Chat history to reopen past chats, or New chat to start fresh.
- Tap Back to return to Home.
Features include
- AI button (Home) – Top shortcut on Home to open CallProof AI.
- Sales Coach chat – Main chat screen for questions and answers.
- Assistant picker – Switch between CallProof AI and other assistants (when available).
- Suggested prompts – One-tap ideas by category (leads, routes, tasks, accounts, and more).
- Text chat – Type a question and send it to AI.
- Speech to text – Use the mic to dictate your question.
- AI Voice – Start a voice conversation with AI (when enabled).
- New chat – Clear the current conversation and start over.
- Chat history – Side menu with past chats, search, pin, and archive.
- Resume last chat – Option to continue your previous AI session.
- Email AI assistance – Draft or improve emails before sending.
- SMS AI assistance – Draft or improve text messages before sending.
- AI feedback – Rate AI answers to improve quality.
- AI settings toggles – Enable AI, AI Voice, and Prompt AI from Settings (when permitted).
