Why this screen matters

Action Purpose When to use it
View chart See how appointments, emails, and calls trend day by day. Daily/weekly coaching, capacity checks, or spotting drop-offs.
Filter by Rep Focus the chart on one person. 1:1 reviews or comparing a rep’s week.
Filter by dates Change the window (week, month, custom range). Month-end review or a specific campaign period.
Toggle legend series Hide noisy series so you can focus (for example only Appointments). When one activity type dominates the chart.
Zoom Zoom into part of the date range on the chart. Inspect a busy stretch of days.

Note: You do not create productivity rows on this page. Log appointments, emails, and calls elsewhere; this screen only reports them.

Tips and important notes

  • Default range is roughly the past week through today if you have not set dates yet.
  • Choosing a Rep limits all series to that user; leaving Rep blank shows the broader company user set used by this report.
  • Recorded calls and mobile calls are counted separately — both can appear on the same day.
  • Emails count by sent date; appointments and calls count by their start time in each day window.
  • Large date ranges take longer to load.
  • Filter settings stay in your session until you change or clear them.
  • Use the legend to compare one activity type without redrawing filters.
  • Chart export/print options may appear from the Highcharts menu when available in your browser.

Need help?

  • Chart empty / all zeros: widen dates, clear the Rep filter, or confirm appointments/emails/calls were logged
  • Wrong person: set or clear Rep in the filter and Apply
  • Dates look wrong: re-enter Start/End and Apply, or Clear Filters
  • Page slow: shorten the date range
