What is Appointment?

Appointment is a check-in/visit for an account. Start it when you arrive and end it when you leave.

How to navigate

Accounts → Appointment button or More menu → Appointment

Using Appointment

1. Tap Appointment on the account.
2. Confirm start when prompted.
3. Work the visit (notes, forms, calls as needed).
4. End the appointment when finished (from account/Home timer flow).
5. Complete end-appointment notes or forms when shown.

Features include

• Start appointment – Begin a tracked visit.
• End appointment – Finish the visit and capture follow-up details.
• Active timer – Appointment state can replace Places with a timer while active.
• Linked activity – Appointment history stays on the account.
