What is Calendar sync?

When Google / Microsoft / Apple calendar sync is enabled in Settings, tasks and follow-ups can be sent to your calendar.

How to navigate

Settings → Calendar Sync (Google / Microsoft / Apple) Then create or edit tasks in Tasks

Using Calendar sync

1. Enable calendar sync in Settings.
2. Grant calendar permission if prompted.
3. Create or edit a task/follow-up in Tasks.
4. Check your calendar for the scheduled follow-up.
5. Deleting a task can also remove the related calendar event.

Features include

• Google / Microsoft / Apple – Supported calendar providers when configured.
• Task → calendar – Follow-ups appear as calendar items.
• Edit / delete sync – Changes can update or remove calendar events.
• Settings controlled – Must be enabled per user/device.
