Exports

Screen title: Exports

Browser title: Export

Address: /users/list/export/

Use this screen as your company’s export history hub. It lists people (reps) who have run or received exports, how many exports they have, and their last export. From here you open one person’s export list to download completed files.

Exports are created when you run an export from other screens (Accounts, Opportunities, Appointments, Tasks, Calls, and similar). This page is where you find and download those results later.

Exports

From this screen you can:

  • Browse users who have export history
  • Search the list by name or export text
  • See number of exports, last export type, and last export date
  • Open a user’s export list
  • Download completed export files (CSV, PDF, ZIP) from that list

How to open Exports

Option A — From an export popup

  1. Start an export on another screen (for example Contacts, Opportunities, Appointments, or Tasks).
  2. In the export confirmation popup, click the Exports link (often labeled “Exports are also available on the EXPORTS page”).
  3. The Exports page (or that user’s export list) opens.

Option B — From Scheduled Exports links

  1. On a schedule-exports screen, click a link to Your Scheduled Exports or a user’s exports.
  2. You may land on /users/list/export/ or directly on /users/user_export_list/<user_id>/.

Option C — Open Exports directly

  1. Open your web browser.
  2. Go to your CallProof website and add /users/list/export/ at the end of the address (for example: https://appv2.callproof.com/users/list/export/).
  3. Press Enter.
  4. The Exports list appears.

Option D — From the main menu

  1. Sign in to CallProof.
  2. In the left sidebar, open Exports / Users → Exports when available (label may vary by company setup).

Permissions

  • You must be signed in.
  • You see users from your company (based on markets/users you are allowed to view).
  • Disabled accounts may be excluded from this list.
  • On a specific user’s export list, non-managers typically see only their own exports; managers can open another user’s list.
  • Download links appear when the export has finished and files are attached.
  • Company menu permissions control whether this screen appears in your sidebar.

What you see on the screen

Header

  • Title: Exports
  • Search exports... box (filters the cards on the page as you type)

User export cards

Each card shows:

  • Rep photo / initials (links to the user profile when available)
  • Rep name (opens that user’s export list)
  • Number of Exports — how many export runs they have
  • Last Export — name/type of the most recent export (or “Not found”)
  • Date — when the last export was created (or N/A)
  • Status badge:
    • Active — at least one export exists
    • No Data — zero exports
  • Chevron / Export List button — opens that user’s export list

Empty state

  • If no cards load: No data found

Related screen: User export list

Address: /users/user_export_list/<user_id>/

Breadcrumb: Exports » [Rep name]

Empty state

  • No export user list found

Notes

  • The list shows recent export runs (up to a system limit, commonly the latest ~200 for that user/company filter).
  • Click a file name or icon to download.

Why this screen matters

Action Purpose When to use it
Open Exports Find past background exports without re-running a report. “Where did my CSV go?” after a large export.
Search Quickly find a rep’s card on the hub page. Many users; you know the name.
Open a user’s export list See each export run and download files. Grab Opportunities, Appointments, or Contacts export files.
Download file Save the finished CSV/PDF/ZIP to your computer. Share with finance, managers, or keep offline records.

Note: This page does not start a new export by itself. Start exports from the feature screens (Accounts, Funnel, Appointments, Tasks, and so on); then return here to download.

View the Exports hub

Exports cards
  1. Open Exports (/users/list/export/).
  2. Review each card’s name, export count, last export, and date.
  3. Use pagination if there are many users.
  4. Badges show Active or No Data.

Search exports

Search exports
  1. In the header, click Search exports....
  2. Type part of a rep name or text shown on the cards.
  3. Matching cards stay visible; others hide.
  4. Clear the search box to show all cards on the current page again.

Tip: Search filters the cards already loaded on the page (client-side). Use pagination to move between pages if needed.

Open a user’s export list

Click the User export list (Arrow) icon
User export list
  1. On a user card, click the rep name or the chevron / Export List button.
  2. Or go to /users/user_export_list/<user_id>/.
  3. Breadcrumb: Exports » [Rep name].
  4. Review Type, Status, and Opened for each run.
  5. Click Exports in the breadcrumb to return to the hub.

Download an export file

Download export

Purpose: Save a finished export to your device.

Steps

  1. Open the user’s export list.
  2. Find a row with Status Completed (or wait if it still says Running / in progress).
  3. Under Type, click the file icon or file name (CSV, PDF, or ZIP).
  4. The file downloads through your browser.
  5. If no file link appears yet, wait and refresh — the export may still be processing.

Status meanings

  • Completed — ready (download links usually appear)
  • Running — still generating
  • Export is in progress — not finished yet

Typical workflow (create → find → download)

  1. On another CallProof screen, run an export (for example Export Opportunities Report or Export Appointments).
  2. Wait for the background job to finish (you may get an email when ready).
  3. Open Exports (/users/list/export/).
  4. Open your user card (or the user who ran the export).
  5. Download the file from the export list.

Tips and important notes

  • Exports are generated in the background — large reports may take a few minutes.
  • Return to this hub instead of re-running the same export when you only need the file again.
  • No Data means that user has not completed any export runs yet.
  • Non-managers opening another user’s list may be limited to their own exports.
  • Download links use secure attachment URLs; keep files private after download.
  • Search on the hub page filters visible cards; it does not replace pagination.
  • Last Export / Date come from the user’s most recent export run.
  • Related detail URL pattern: /users/user_export_list/<user_id>/

Need help?

  • No data found: confirm exports have been run, or you have access to users in your markets
  • Export still “in progress”: wait and refresh the user export list
  • No download link: export may not be finished, or the file was not attached — re-run or contact support
  • Cannot see another user’s exports: you may not be a manager
  • Search shows nothing: clear the search box or check spelling; try another page of results
