What is Message / SMS?

Message / SMS sends a text message to an account phone number from CallProof.

How to navigate

Accounts → Message button or More / messaging options (AI message help may appear when enabled)

Using Message / SMS

1. Tap Message on an account.
2. Select a phone number if more than one exists.
3. Write the SMS (or use AI assistance when offered).
4. Send the message.

Features include

• SMS to account – Text the selected phone number.
• Number picker – Choose among phones when multiple exist.
• AI message help – Draft assistance when CallProof AI is enabled.
• Twilio messaging – Used when messaging integration is enabled.
