Ranking
Points can be assigned to many action within Callproof such as checking into an appointment, making a call, and submitting an Event Form. The value of these points can be customized to meet company needs. Ranking groups can be created to divide markets, areas, or teams within a company. Reps must be in a ranking group to be included in the rankings. If no sub-groups are needed, just create one group and include all sales reps. Ranking allows users to compare sales representatives based on points earned through CallProof activities such as Event Forms and Events. Rankings are displayed by Ranking Groups and can be viewed by Day, Week, or Month. Managers can create and manage Ranking Groups, while all users can view rankings for the groups they belong to.

Edit Ranking Group
Update the group name, date calculation, and members. Name: Label the competition clearly so Current Rankings, graphs, and managers all refer to the same team board. Date Mode (Rolling): Use a sliding window for ranking periods—good when you always want “current period so far” rather than a fixed calendar week. Date Mode (Static): Anchor rankings to calendar periods (with a defined week start) so weekly/monthly boards match how your company measures the week or month. First Day of the Week: When Date Mode is Static, set Sunday or Monday as week start so week rankings match payroll, meetings, or sales cadence. Sales Reps: Choose who is scored in this group. Only selected (active) reps appear on that group’s Current Rankings table and graph—fair competitions by team or region.
