What is Apple sign in?
Apple sign in lets you log into CallProof with your Apple ID. The Apple account email must match the email address registered with your CallProof account.
CallProof app → Login → Apple button (Available on supported iOS versions; button may be hidden on unsupported devices.)
Using Apple sign in
- Open the Login screen.
- Tap Sign in with Apple (when shown).
- Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or Apple ID password as prompted.
- Confirm the Apple email used for CallProof.
- If the Apple email matches your CallProof account, login continues.
- Complete 2FA/OTP if required.
- After success, the app opens Home.
Features include
- Apple button – Sign in with Apple on the Login screen.
- Email must match – Apple account email must match your CallProof registered email.
- Device authentication – Uses Face ID / Touch ID / Apple ID password.
- iOS availability – Shown when Apple Sign In is supported on the device.
- 2FA support – May still require OTP when enabled.
- Existing CallProof user required – Your CallProof account must already exist with that email.
Note: If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email,” make sure the email CallProof has on file matches the address Apple shares with the app, or sign-in may fail.
