What is Calendar Sync?

Calendar Sync connects CallProof tasks and follow-ups to your external calendars so scheduled work appears where you already plan your day.

How to navigate

Settings → Calendar Sync Info

Using Calendar Sync

1. Open Calendar Sync Info from Settings.
2. Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Office 365, and/or iPhone Calendar.
3. Choose which calendar to sync when prompted.
4. Turn iPhone calendar sync on/off as needed.
5. Remove a sync connection if you no longer want it linked.

Features include

• Google Calendar sync – OAuth connect and select a Google calendar.
• Microsoft Office 365 sync – Connect and sync with Outlook/Office calendar.
• iPhone Calendar sync – Push tasks/follow-ups to the device calendar.
• Sync status – See which calendars are currently connected from Settings.
