|---|---|---|
| Add Report | Create a new custom report shell, then open Edit to finish setup. | New weekly/monthly management or activity report. |
| Edit Report | Set what data is included, date window, schedule, and who receives it. | After Add, or whenever requirements change. |
| Run Report | Generate the report immediately (background job) without waiting for the schedule. | Ad-hoc request, testing a new setup, or catching up after a missed send. |
| Duplicate | Copy an existing report as “Name (copy)” with the same settings to tweak. | Similar report for another market or schedule. |
| Archive / Unarchive | Hide a report from the normal list without deleting it (or restore it). | Seasonal or retired reports you may need again. |
| Delete | Permanently remove a report definition. | Created by mistake or no longer needed — confirm first. |

Related: Manual Reports
- Manual Reports —
/reports/manual_report/ - Add / edit manual reports from that area
- Use when you need manual-style report definitions separate from the automatic Custom Reports list
Tips and important notes
- Workflow is usually: Add → Edit (configure) → Run (test) → Schedule sends emails on cycle.
- The list excludes manual-schedule reports; those appear under Manual Reports.
- Archived reports are hidden unless you filter for them.
- Duplicate is faster than rebuilding a complex report from scratch.
- While a run is in progress, Run may show as scheduled; wait for completion.
- Latest output appears in the Report column when generation finishes.
- Name is required and limited to 64 characters on Add.
- Check recipient emails on Edit so the right people get the file.
Need help?
- No reports found: add the first report, or clear the Archived filter
- Stuck on Processing: wait and refresh; confirm Run was started and company is active
- Cannot run: company may be disabled, or a run is already scheduled
- Wrong data in output: edit date mode, days, markets, and included sections, then Run again
- Missing archived report: enable Archived in the filter
