What are Directions / Street View?
Directions opens navigation to the account address. Street View shows the location visually on the map.
Accounts → More menu → Directions or Street View
Using Directions / Street View
- Open More on an account with a valid address/location.
- Tap Directions to navigate in maps.
- Tap Street View to preview the location.
- If no address/coordinates exist, CallProof may show “No Address Found.”
Features include
- Directions – Turn-by-turn path to the account.
- Street View – Visual preview of the location.
- Requires location – Needs latitude/longitude or a valid address.
- Field prep – Useful before arriving at a visit.
