What is Edit account?

Edit account updates an existing company contact record.

How to navigate

Accounts → More menu → Edit Account (or Edit from View account details)

Using Edit account

1. Open Edit Account.
2. Update company info, type, address, phones, sales reps, custom fields, and other details.
3. Save changes.
4. Confirm the updated values on the account screen.

Features include

• Update core info – Company name, type, contact details.
• Address / phones – Keep location and numbers current.
• Sales reps – Assign or change ownership.
• Custom fields – Edit company-specific values.
• Save – Persist updates to CallProof.
