What are Events ?
Activity within Callproof is recorded. From the Events pages, these actions can be seen.
If interested in a specific rep, select them from the Employee dropdown.
All actions that are reported through Callproof can be seen in the Event Type dropdown.
Select Search to pull requested info.
On the right of this screen are links to graphical representations of common activites.
