Purpose
Retrieves the list of Glass America / Omega dashboard locations available to the authenticated company session. Location data is fetched from the external Omega locations service and returned as a simplified id/name list.

Security
- Yes – Requires Bearer Token authentication.

Phpsessid/Cookie1), typically obtained via the Glass America dashboard login endpoint.

Error Responses
| Status Code | Meaning |

| 400 | Bad Request – locations could not be retrieved |

- 400 – Upstream Omega session/data error (message from the external service), or another retrieval failure.
- 401 – Authentication failed or the access token is missing/expired.
