Message member

What is Message member?

Message member lets you send an SMS to a teammate from Member Detail. If AI is enabled, CallProof may open CallProof AI SMS help first.

How to navigate

Member Detail → Message button (right side of profile card)

Using Message member

  1. Open Member Detail for another teammate.
  2. Tap the Message button.
  3. If AI is enabled, compose with CallProof AI SMS assistance.
  4. If AI is off, use the standard device SMS composer.
  5. Enter your message and send.
  6. If no phone number exists, CallProof shows “Contact number not available.”

Features include

  • Message button – SMS icon on the profile card.
  • Device SMS composer – Standard text message flow.
  • AI SMS help – Optional AI draft when AI is enabled in settings.
  • Hidden on own profile – Message button is hidden when viewing yourself.
  • Phone number required – Needs a valid teammate phone number.
