What is Real-time status?

Real-time status shows what a teammate is doing right now in the field. Examples include Idle, On Call, or In Appointment.

How to navigate

Using Real-time status

1. Open Member Detail for a teammate.
2. Look at the status pill under the profile photo.
3. Read the status text (for example On Call).
4. Use the color to quickly understand activity type.
5. Check status before calling or messaging to see if they are busy.

Features include

• Status text – Current activity label from CallProof.
• Idle default – Shows “Idle” if no active status is set.
• Color-coded pill – Background color comes from teammate status settings.
• Text color – Status text color is set per status type.
• Live visibility – Helps managers and teammates coordinate outreach.
