- Choose City to refine counties when needed.
- You can select multiple values in each list.
- If you clear states, city and county choices are cleared and reloaded when you select again.
Where Regions are used
After you create regions and assign users:
- Reps can be linked to geographic territories.
- Regions support location-based organization for field coverage.
- Related account and territory workflows can use region data with your company setup.
Note: Regions are location-based territories. Markets are separate territory groups used for filtering and team assignment in many reports and lists.
Tips and important notes
- Use clear names your team will recognize (city, metro area, or territory).
- Duplicate region names are not allowed for the same company.
- Fill Name, State, City, County, and Zip Code before saving or updating.
- For zip ranges, the first number must be lower than the second (example:
10001-10010). - Adding a user to a region does not create a new user—it only links an existing user.
- Removing a user from a region does not delete the user from CallProof.
- Deleting a region also removes its zip codes and user links for that region.
- Quick Links on Regions focus on accounts and related contact tools.
