Calendar Setup
What is Calendar Setup?
Calendar Setup connects CallProof to your calendars so Tasks and Follow-ups can sync automatically.
On the mobile app you can link:
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft Office365 Calendar
- iPhone Calendar (device calendar)
Once linked, creating or updating a task/follow-up can send it to the selected calendar. Deleting a task can remove the related calendar event when iPhone sync is on.
Mobile Home → Settings → Calendar Sync Info Opens Calendar Setup.

Using Calendar Setup
- Open Settings.
- Tap Calendar Sync Info.
- Link Google, Office365, and/or turn on iPhone Calendar.
- For Google/Office, select which calendar receives CallProof tasks.
- Create or edit a task/follow-up in Tasks.
- When Google/Office are enabled, check Add to Google Calendar and/or Add to Office Calendar as needed.
- Save the task — it syncs to the selected calendar(s).
Features include
- Calendar Sync Info (Settings) – Settings row that opens Calendar Setup and shows sync status.
- Google Calendar sync – Link Google and choose a calendar for tasks.
- Microsoft Office Calendar sync – Link Office365 and choose a calendar for tasks.
- iPhone Calendar sync – Toggle to sync tasks to the device calendar.
- Select calendar – Pick which Google/Office calendar receives events.
- Remove calendar sync – Delete/unlink Google or Office connection.
- Add task to calendar – Send a task/follow-up to Google and/or Office when creating or editing.
- Calendar sync notes – Important limits for this mobile app.
