What is the Callproof Mobile App?
The Callproof mobile app is a portable version of Callproof used in the field.
The mobile app is a companion piece to Callproof, allowing users in the field to easily add notes, appointments, follow-ups, prospects, and view contact information.
Log Into Callproof
When launching the CallProof app, users must sign in using their account credentials.
For convenience, users can enable Remember Login before tapping Login. This securely remembers their login information for future app launches, reducing the need to enter credentials each time.
Google – Sign in with your Google account. The Google email address must match the email address associated with your CallProof account.
Apple – Sign in with your Apple ID. The Apple account email must match the email address registered with your CallProof account.
Microsoft – Sign in with your Microsoft account. The Microsoft account email must match the email address associated with your CallProof account.
If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password. Enter your registered email address, and a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to that email. After verifying the OTP, you can create a new password and regain access to your account. The Sign Up button is intended only for organizations that are new to CallProof and are registering for the first time. Once a company has been created, individual users are added and managed by the company's CallProof administrator. Existing users should not use the Sign Up option.
Mobile App Homescreen
After logging in, users are taken to the Home Screen, which provides quick access to the application's primary features. The layout and available options may vary depending on your company's configuration and the features enabled for your account.
There are 3 buttons displayed at the top of the Home Screen:
- AI – Provides access to AI-powered features. If this button is not visible, the AI feature is not enabled for your account. Please contact your administrator to enable AI access.
- Teams – Opens the Teams screen, where users can view and interact with team-related information.
- Settings – Opens the Settings screen, allowing users to manage application preferences and account settings.
Home Screen Sections
The Home Screen contains several dynamic widgets that display business information and recent activity:
- Business Card – Provides quick access to business card scanning and related workflows.
- Recommended Follow-Up – Displays suggested follow-up activities based on customer interactions and system recommendations.
- Activity Summary – A segmented view that allows users to switch between Appointments, Emails, and Outbound Calls for selected time periods.
- Recent Events – Displays the latest activities performed in both the web application and the mobile application, helping users stay updated on recent company actions.
- Opportunities – Shows current sales opportunities and their latest status.
Right-Side Quick Actions
The right side of the Home Screen displays quick access to Twilio Calling and Messaging. These options are available only if the Twilio integration has been enabled for your organisation. If these features are not visible, please contact your administrator to enable Twilio services for your account.
Note: The Home Screen is fully dynamic. The widgets, buttons, and available features displayed may change based on your organisation's configuration, enabled modules, user permissions, and administrator settings.
