Events

View team activity across CallProof. The Events page provides a chronological history of user actions, including calls, emails, appointments, tasks, event forms, opportunity updates, and other activities associated with accounts and contacts. You can search, filter, review, and export event data for reporting and auditing purposes.

Recent Events happening in Callproof

Navigation: DashboardEvents

Note: In some companies, this menu appears as Dashboard & ReportsEvents.

  1. Log in to your CallProof account.
  2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Dashboard.
  3. Select Events.
  4. The Events page opens.
  5. The page displays the most recent activity events based on your permissions.

Search and Filter Events

Use the filters at the top of the page to locate specific events.

Events Search Filter
  1. Open the Events page.
  2. Select an Event Type to display only a specific type of activity, if needed.
  3. If you are a Manager or Market Manager:
    1. Select one or more Users.
    2. Optionally enable Show Inactive Users.
    3. Optionally select one or more Markets.
  4. Select the Max Results value to limit the number of records returned.
  5. Click Search.
  6. The page refreshes and displays the matching events.

View Event Details

The search results display a list of activity records.

Events

Each event may include:

  • User who performed the activity
  • Event type or activity description
  • Related account, contact, or opportunity
  • Date and time of the activity
  • Additional links to related records

To view more information:

  1. Locate the event you want to review.
  2. Click the linked User, Account, Contact, or other related record.
  3. The selected record opens for additional details.

Export Events Report

Export the current search results to a CSV file.

Export Events Report
  1. Open the Events page.
  2. Apply any search or filter criteria, if needed.
  3. Click Export Events Report.
  4. The filtered events are downloaded as a CSV file.

Note: The Export Events Report option is available only for users with export permissions.
