What is Calendar Sync?
Calendar Sync connects CallProof tasks and follow-ups to your external calendars so scheduled work appears where you already plan your day.
Settings → Calendar Sync Info
Using Calendar Sync
- Open Calendar Sync Info from Settings.
- Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Office 365, and/or iPhone Calendar.
- Choose which calendar to sync when prompted.
- Turn iPhone calendar sync on/off as needed.
- Remove a sync connection if you no longer want it linked.
Features include
- Google Calendar sync – OAuth connect and select a Google calendar.
- Microsoft Office 365 sync – Connect and sync with Outlook/Office calendar.
- iPhone Calendar sync – Push tasks/follow-ups to the device calendar.
- Sync status – See which calendars are currently connected from Settings.
