View account details
What is View account details?
View account details opens the full record for a company contact—info, history, and related items.
Accounts → tap account / More menu → View Account
Using View account details
- Open an account from the list or More menu.
- Review company info, address, phones, and related tabs/sections.
- Open notes, appointments, follow-ups, opportunities, event forms, people, images, or history as needed.
- Switch to Edit account when changes are required.
Features include
- Company info – Name, type, account number, website, email.
- Address and phones – Location and contact numbers.
- People – Contacts under the company.
- Custom fields – Company-specific details.
- History tabs – Notes, appointments, follow-ups, opportunities, event forms, calls/SMS/images when available.
