Settings

What is Settings?

Settings (also called Profile / More Settings) is where you manage your CallProof account preferences, notifications, calendar sync, AI options, device permissions, support, and logout.

From Settings you can update your profile, customize the Home screen, sync calendars, control toggles, open support tools, and navigate into related screens listed below.

How to navigate to Settings

  1. Log into the CallProof app.
  2. Open the Mobile Home (Dashboard) tab.
  3. In the top-right navigation, tap Settings.
  4. The Settings / Profile screen opens.
  5. Tap any row with a link below to open that page, or use a toggle / action on the Settings screen itself.
  6. Tap Back to return to Home (or to Settings from a sub-page).

Using Settings

  1. From Home, tap Settings.
  2. Review your profile (name, photo, phone when shown).
  3. Tap a menu item to open its page, or turn toggles on/off.
  4. Use Logout at the bottom when you want to sign out.
  5. Return with Back after finishing a sub-page.

Features include

  • Profile photo – Tap to update from Camera or Gallery; image is cropped and saved to your CallProof profile.
  • Profile name / phone – Shows your user name and Twilio number (when available). Phone can be shared.
  • CallProof Academy – Training videos and tutorials.
  • My Opportunities – View and manage your sales opportunities.
  • Home Screen Widgets – Choose which Home widgets show and in what order.
  • Calendar Sync Info – Connect Google, Microsoft Office 365, and/or iPhone calendar.
  • Notifications – Manage video, academy, routes, and device notification preferences.
  • AI Virtual Assistant – Customize AI assistant instructions (when enabled).
  • Enable Follow-up Daily Pop-Up – Toggle daily follow-up reminders on login.
  • Open to Accounts – When on, open Accounts as the start screen instead of Home.
  • Allow Incoming Calls – Enable/disable Twilio incoming VoIP calls (when Twilio is enabled).
  • Enable AI / AI Voice / Prompt AI – Turn AI features on or off for your user (when company AI is enabled).
  • Offline Mode – Use saved local data when you need offline access.
  • CallProof Voice Settings – Voicemail greeting and auto text reply (when Twilio is enabled).
  • Device Access Permissions – Check location, camera, microphone, and photo permissions.
  • Support – Help videos, what’s new, report issues, terms, and build version.
  • Delete Account – Permanently delete your CallProof user account (confirmation required).
  • Reset All Filters – Clear saved Accounts, Places, and Tasks filters.
  • Logout – Sign out, clear session, and return to the login flow.

AI Virtual Assistant

What is AI Virtual Assistant?

AI Virtual Assistant lets authorized users customize instructions for CallProof AI assistants (Sales Coach prompts).

Using AI Virtual Assistant

  1. Open AI Virtual Assistant from Settings.
  2. Select an assistant from the dropdown.
  3. Enter or edit instructions in the text area.
  4. Tap Update Changes to save.

Features include

  • Assistant selector – Choose which AI assistant to configure.
  • Instructions / prompt text – Customize how the assistant responds.
  • Update Changes – Save instructions to CallProof.
  • Access control – If you lack permission, CallProof shows an access restricted message.

CallProof Voice Settings

What are CallProof Voice Settings?

CallProof Voice Settings manages Twilio voice options such as your voicemail greeting and automatic text replies.

Using CallProof Voice Settings

  1. Open CallProof Voice Settings from Settings.
  2. Tap Record Voicemail to record or update your greeting.
  3. Tap Auto Text Reply to set automatic SMS replies.
  4. Return to Settings when finished.

What is Record Voicemail?

Record Voicemail lets you create or update the greeting used with CallProof / Twilio voice.

Using Record Voicemail

  1. Open Record Voicemail.
  2. Record your greeting with the microphone.
  3. Review and save the recording.

Features include

  • Record greeting – Capture a new voicemail message.
  • Save / update – Apply the greeting for future calls.

Auto Text Reply

What is Auto Text Reply?

Auto Text Reply configures automatic SMS messages sent as part of CallProof voice / Twilio workflows.

Using Auto Text Reply

  1. Open Auto Text Reply.
  2. View existing auto-text messages.
  3. Add or update the reply text you want CallProof to send automatically.
  4. Save changes.

  • Auto SMS list – View configured automatic replies.
  • Edit reply text – Set the message content used for auto replies.

Device Access Permissions

What are Device Access Permissions?

Device Access Permissions shows whether CallProof currently has access to location, camera, microphone, and photos on your phone.

Using Device Access Permissions

  1. Open Device Access Permissions.
  2. Review each permission status.
  3. Tap a row to open the iPhone Settings app and change that permission if needed.

Features include

  • Location Access – Always / When In Use / Denied status.
  • Camera Access – Camera permission status.
  • Microphone Access – Mic permission status.
  • Photo Library Access – Photos permission status.
  • Open iPhone Settings – Jump to system settings to grant or revoke access.

Support

What is Support?

Support is your help and contact hub inside the app—how-to videos, release notes, issue reporting, terms, and app version info.

  1. Open Support from Settings.
  2. Choose a help option such as How To Use, What’s New, or Report an Issue.
  3. Review Terms of Service or Build Version as needed.
  4. Return to Settings when finished.

  • How To Use – Watch a how-to video for CallProof.
  • What's New? – Read recent release notes and product updates.
  • Report an Issue – Send a support email / issue report to CallProof.
  • Contact CallProof Support – Contact support (when logs/support options are enabled).
  • Terms of Service – Opens CallProof terms in the browser.
  • Build Version – Shows current app version and build number.

What is Report an Issue?

Report an Issue lets you email CallProof support about a problem you are experiencing in the app.

  2. Enter a subject and message describing the problem.
  3. Send the report to CallProof support.

Contact CallProof Support

What is Contact CallProof Support?

Contact CallProof Support is a direct message form to reach CallProof support (shown when this option is enabled for your build/settings).

  1. Open Contact CallProof Support.
  2. Enter your message.
  3. Send to CallProof.

  • Support email form – Write and send a message to CallProof support.

Delete Account

What is Delete Account?

Delete Account permanently removes your CallProof user account. This cannot be undone.

How to navigate

Using Delete Account

  1. Tap Delete Account in Settings.
  2. Read the warning carefully.
  3. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT exactly to unlock confirmation.
  4. Tap Confirm to delete, or Cancel to keep your account.

Features include

  • Confirmation phrase – Must type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to proceed.
  • Permanent deletion – Removes account access and local data, then returns to the login/initial screen.
  • Cancel – Closes the popup without deleting.
