Events

Activity within Callproof is recorded. From the Events pages, these actions can be seen. If interested in a specific rep, select them from the Employee dropdown. All actions that are reported through Callproof can be seen in the Event Type dropdown. Select Search to pull requested info. On the right of this screen are links to graphical representations of common activites. View and manage company events. The Events page displays scheduled events and provides options to search, add, edit, delete, and export event records.

Recent Events happening in Callproof

Navigation: Dashboard & Reports → Events

To open the Events page:

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Dashboard & Reports.
3. Click Events.
4. The Events page opens and displays the list of existing events.
