What is View account details?

View account details opens the full record for a company contact—info, history, and related items.

How to navigate

Accounts → tap account / More menu → View Account

Using View account details

1. Open an account from the list or More menu.
2. Review company info, address, phones, and related tabs/sections.
3. Open notes, appointments, follow-ups, opportunities, event forms, people, images, or history as needed.
4. Switch to Edit account when changes are required.

Features include

• Company info – Name, type, account number, website, email.
• Address and phones – Location and contact numbers.
• People – Contacts under the company.
• Custom fields – Company-specific details.
• History tabs – Notes, appointments, follow-ups, opportunities, event forms, calls/SMS/images when available.
