What are Directions / Street View?

Directions opens navigation to the account address. Street View shows the location visually on the map.

How to navigate

Accounts → More menu → Directions or Street View

Using Directions / Street View

1. Open More on an account with a valid address/location.
2. Tap Directions to navigate in maps.
3. Tap Street View to preview the location.
4. If no address/coordinates exist, CallProof may show “No Address Found.”

Features include

• Directions – Turn-by-turn path to the account.
• Street View – Visual preview of the location.
• Requires location – Needs latitude/longitude or a valid address.
• Field prep – Useful before arriving at a visit.
